The new RT-90G Roughness tester, is a portable, lightweight and compact instrument, with high manageability and easy-to-use characteristics for the user, but with poweful roughness measurement core characteristics like a laboratory instrument.

RT-90G easy-to-use characteristics, are empowered by a 256 colors TFT display with Touchscreen that permits you to view data and graphics, but moreover to interact with them. In this way the user is able to learn and use very quickly all the roughness tester functions.

The instrument enables you to measure surface roughness, directly on the production stage, valueing parameters according to the following standards: ISO4287/JIS B0601, ISO12085/JIS B0621 and DIN.

The new RT-90G roughness tester was developed with the precise scope of facilitate and accerelate the surface characterization through a superior class instrument.

With the 3,5” touchscreen color display, all the instrument’s functions are ready to use with a “click” and the interactive windows and menus organization permit you to use all the instrument’s operations very quickly.

The roughness tester is supplied in its handbag with these components

	the monozone standard specimen (Ra=2,97 μm) for the instrument calibration and control the user manual

The reachargeable battery, the compactness, and the portability permit the instrument to be used directly on the production stage, in order to control the process, but contemporarily the high level of quality of measurement, guarantees the reliability and the repeatibility; for this reason the RT-90G is very useful also for laboratory applications.

The RT-90G can be used alone, or mounted on its stand, that is composed by a Black granite 630x400mm plane with steel column 320mm high. You can execute measurements up to a maximun course of 50mm; this in addition to the probe fast plug-in, give you a very good measurement.

Thanks to the exclusive RT-90G micrometric, it is possible to position the probe on the piece to be measured with very high accuracy, without using complex tools. The available height range area is between -10 mm and 100 mm referring to the instrument support.

The probe can be mounted tilted referring to the traslation axle up to 90° max, in order to enable particular measurements like driving shafts. The bistable nib permits, through a simple pression, to execute measurements with the skid (untied nib) or without skid (locked nib)

The RT-90G can be connected to a printer or to the Gestrug PC Software, using the standard RS232C in order to print or analyze the measured data
